Our house has just been renovated in 2008. It is brand new. It has two floors with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. A big kitchen and a dinning room, two big living rooms. It has beautiful sights to the lake that you can see in the main photo. The House is in a pinetree mountain and thus it keeps cool the area and the House. Near the House is San Martin de Valdeigleisas (6 Km) and Pelayos de la Presa (3 Km), where shopping can be done.There is a brand new highway to Madrid, 30 minutes away.
Our house is located in a private area by the lake with its own private security with a restrictive access. It is sorrunded by pinetrees, and all this private facilities: beaches, dock, tennis courts (6), padel courts (6), fronton (1), swimming pools (2), skating (1), playgorunds (2), social clubs with two restaurants (2). You can use the car that we would leave there, a Citroen C4 Picasso. Private garden within the house.

It has a lot of courses during the summer: tennis, padel, swimming, fishing, sailing, canoeing, and also social activities, like parties, concerts, dinners, painting, sport competitions.

The House is also well located. 5 Km away is San Martín de Valdeiglesias which is interesting to visit and quite big to do shopping. The House is only around 35 minutes away from Madrid city by car and also within an hour to historical cities of Avila, Segovia, Toledo, El Escorial, La Granja, Aranjuez, Cuenca, and Chinchon. About 2 hours to Salamanca, Caceres, and Valladolid. The Mountains of Madrid are also closed, about 20 minutes, where you can skii in the winter, and about 30 minutes as well Xanadu Mall where you have a covered skii court and you can skii during all year long. As the house is located in a private area, people already know each other and it is easy to make friends. In the beaches, it is like being in a family as they are private beaches. There are a lot of families, young people but also middle-aged persons. There are also some foreign families. Most of the people are professionals.
