A Nossa Casa

We take great pride in our home. My husband being a trim carpenter has truly made many rooms his masterpiece. Our home is a four bedroom centerhall colonial. I love color, thus you will find plenty of it throughout our home. If you love Stickley Furniture and Mackenzie-Childs pottery, you will love our home. Our livingroom walks out onto a large deck, overlooking the pool and gardens. Livingroom has a wood burning fireplace, 40" HD TV, as well as sleeper sofa. Our formal dining room hosts six easily. The kitchen is bright and cheery with a breakfast nook that also walks out onto the deck and overlooks the backyard gardens. Family room downstairs has another wood burning fireplace and 42" tv, with computer room, printer, and laundry room. Upstairs we have a large master bedrooms with 50" HD tv, guest bedroom, bathroom.

In addition to our home we have a guest house that through this program is now being used continually with exchangers coming into our area. We have banked many stays with exchangers that have stayed there at times when we could not travel to their home at the same time. Guest house walks directly out to the deck, pool, and hot tub. It has a bedroom with a queen size bed, full bath, galley kitchen with everything you may need, sleeper sofa, table for two and two TV's. If you plan on traveling with relatives, this guest house works out great. Everyone gets their space and privacy!

We our proud of our backyard. We put the pool, gardens, pool house, 1,000 square foot deck in since purchasing this home. It's extremely private, has enough night lights to land an airplane with a great stereo system. Many comfortable louge chairs and formal patio seating for six. Come and enjoy it!

Our kids have recently moved out and it is just my husband and me at home with our two dogs, plus two horses...but those we board. My name is Donna, and I am from the East Coast. I work for an environmental engineering company and my husband, Mark, is a finish carpenter for one of Central New York’s premiere custom builders. We absolutely love to travel and use every bit of vacation time we can muster to do so.
