Beautiful modern single-family home on a tree-lined street just 20 minutes from San Francisco in the desirable Berkeley neighborhood. 1 mile to the Berkeley Marina with gorgeous views of the city. A foodie town there are amazing restaurants here in Berkeley and across the water in San Francisco. Amazing central location with day or weekend trips easily to Tahoe, Napa/Sonoma (wine country), Carmel, Menocino, Tomales Bay, Sausolito, Kings Canyon, Sequoia and Yosemite National Park.
Our home is surrounded by trees and greenery, is quiet and is flooded with natural light.

Berkeley is a vibrant city in the Easy Bay, a culinary star with a rich architectural heritage. The counter-culture, flower power center of the 60s, bohemian Berkeley has evolved into a culinary and cultural travel scene. People are friendly and welcoming, it's a diverse place full of kind and well-educated folks. There are regular farmers markets, outdoor festivals, beautiful parks with tall trees, lakes and great hiking-- and the great city of San Francisco is only 20 minutes away.

Sobre Nós
One professional and one academic with two wonderful toddlers we are new to the area and are in love with Berkeley. We have lived in many cities in the US and none rival this. We are foodies and can't get enough of the local restaurants. We love to make day-trips and weekend trips to the amazing parks and oceans and adore the moderate weather. San Francisco is so convenient and we go frequently to soak in the culture and diversity.
