Luxury villa situated in gated community of 26 units, with communal all weather tennis courts(2) and gymn with showers and sauna. It is our second home, 585 square metres, distributed on three floors. Fully equiped kitchen and utility room. Four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, plus external shower room. A/C throughout(warm/cold). Real fire in main sitting room. Barbeque and adjacent outside dining. Heated swimming pool (10m x 5m). Large private garden with sunken terrace. O Nosso Bairro
Our house is situated in the Portugese region called the Algarve (the south of Portugal). It is a quiet zone of villas on the outskirts of Val De Lobo, 2km from the sea.
The house benefits from peaceful countryside and a nearby beach. It is close to the A-22 highway, which affords easy access to the local tourist attractions, as well as the south of Spain. Seville and Lisbon are around two hours away.
Faro airport is 20 mins travelling time by car.
