Leavenworth is a year-round playground set in the beautiful backdrop of the cascade mountains. Our home is perfectly located to walk to the village, but in a very private setting with spectacular mountain views in all directions. The home is 2800 sq ft and has three bedrooms and 3 full baths. Full yard on 2/3 of an acre beautifully landscaped. Outdoor living space includes a custom rock spa with waterfall and custom built outdoor propane firepit.

We live in a private cul de sac and are situated right in the center with commanding views of the the Mt. Stuart Range, Icicle Ridge and Tumwater Mountain. While in a very quiet neighborhood, we are only a 2 minute walk away from Safeway, Starbucks, and the hardware store. We are a 15 minute walk from all of Leavenworth's attractions, shopping and restaurants.

Our home has a large yard and is in a private neighborhood with no throught traffic. We have beautiful outdoor living space with a custom stone spa with waterfall run by remote. Custom outdoor gas firepit with remote and outdoor dining on deck under pergola. Gas BBQ/Oven also.

As we have kids, we look to travel during school breaks, but have some flexibility depending on the destination. Also we travel, camp and visit family a lot, so simultaneous exchanges are not always necessary.

Leavenworth is a spectacularly beautiful place that attracts millions of visitors each year for its many festivals and the abundant recreation. We are fortunate to live here and be able to work from home as consultants.

Leavenworth has world class music - Icicle Creek Music Center, Theater, Leavenworth Summer Theater, arts - Icicle Artts. There are over 10 incredible golf courses within 50 miles. Recreation includes cross country skiing (check out skileavenworth.com) mountain biking, hiking, road cyclying, and river rafting. Leavenworth is little over 2 hours drive from Seattle over the beautiful Cascade Mountains. There is commuter flight service via Alaska/Horizon into Wenatchee which is 30 minutes away. And now we have just opened Icicle Station, an Amtrak depot that provides train service to and from Seattle daily. Our house is less than a mile from the train station.

We are a active family of four. I (Colin) am a Leadership Consultant and CPA and my wife, Tiffany is an accounting consultant and CPA. We both work from home. We have two children, Torin who is 6 and Kikkan who is 1 (going on 5). We spend a lot of time skiing and cycling depending on the season.
